This is the easy way to complete a court ordered level one DUI course. Be advised this course is only open to people that received their DUI citation in the state of Nevada or residents of Nevada that received their DUI citation in another state and have approval from that other state's court to take a Nevada level one DUI school. Once you enroll and you find out later that you needed a level two or higher, or the out of state court will not accept a Nevada DUI school, you will not be eligible for a refund. It is your responsibility to verify that this is the course for you.
When you start this course, you have 60 days to complete it. It is advised that you go through the study program as quickly as you can and then make an appointment and take the final examination. If you were to fail your final examination, you would still have plenty of time to go back through the course and take the final examination again. There is no limit on the amount of times you take the final examination as long as you pass it prior to the 60-day period that you have been allotted.
The course works as follows: You will read a page of our DUI school text and then you will be asked a few questions about what you just read. If you answer the questions correctly, a new page of DUI school text will appear so you can read it. If you answer one of the questions incorrectly, the page you just read will come back so you can reread it and answer the questions the next time they come up. After completing the course you must make an appointment and go to the classroom nearest you for the final examination. The final examination should take about 30 minutes. Be advised that you have prepaid to take the final exam one time.
If you live in southern Nevada you will take the final examination at 2235 E. Flamingo, Suite 300 E, Las Vegas, NV. If you live in the northern part of Nevada, you will take your final examination at 508 Victorian Avenue in Sparks, NV.
